CommUnityCare™ Health Centers Expands Access to Addiction Treatment Services
We’re expanding access to addiction treatment with the opening of the new Capital Plaza MAT Clinic in Northern Travis County.
Through our Wellness & Holistic Addiction Medicine (WHAM) program, patients can access evidence-based care, including: medication-assisted treatment, counseling & behavioral therapy, and peer support & recovery resources.
Working to Change the Lives of Patients Experiencing Homelessness
Our Street Medicine Team provides primary health care services to unsheltered people experiencing homelessness, wherever they are.
In 2022, CommUnityCare™ Health Centers served 2,920 homeless patients, according to the Health Center Program Uniform Data System (UDS) Data Overview. Preliminary UDS data shows CommUnityCare exponentially increased that number serving a total number of 4,765 homeless patients in 2023.
